That sounds GOOD. The first and only time I’ve had that was in a street mart in Taiwan (oddly). It’s not that the ice cream is fried; it’s dipped in a batter that is then flash-fried; the ice cream remains frozen.
i think it is el torrito that has fried ice cream as a regular item on their menu. it was delicious there.
