i totally forgot that today was st. patrick’s day.  who knew?  it was only after i was driving to work today that i found out that it was st. patrick’s day and then i looked down at myself and it was a complete happy coincidence that i happened to be wearing green.

what good fortune.

when i was in elementary school, i remember a friend of mine who purposely didn’t wear green and was being chased all over by the girls in our class.  i asked him if he forgot to wear green and he said that he purposely didn’t wear green so that girls would chase him.

“what a brilliant, brilliant man,” i thought to myself.
