it’s so sad. i knew i was deluding myself, but still i insisted that my dsl was ok. yesterday was the day of my activation, but it didn’t happen. instead when i called the support line, they told me that there was an outage in my area and network engineers were working on it. lovely.

i’m currently on tech support and they told me that they have to escalate the issue. i’m afraid that a tech is going to have to come out and i’m going to get charged for it. grrrr, so much for saving money on DSL.
